Scope
These terms govern use of the ReconWater website, including retail ordering-access and wholesale inquiry forms. The site provides product and commercial information for non-clinical research use.
Requests are not orders
A cart selection or submitted form is a nonbinding request only. It does not create an order, reserve inventory, authorize payment or guarantee acceptance. No payment is collected through the current website. An order exists only after ReconWater provides and accepts final commercial terms through an approved ordering method.
Pricing, availability and shipping
Displayed prices and product availability may change before an order is accepted. Applicable taxes, shipping methods, shipping costs, delivery restrictions, lead times and other fulfillment terms will be presented or confirmed before an order becomes binding.
Research use only
ReconWater products are for lawful non-clinical laboratory research only. They are not for human or animal use and must not be injected, ingested, irrigated or otherwise administered. Clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, veterinary and patient-care uses are prohibited.
Eligibility and accurate information
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate contact, intended-use and organization information. ReconWater may request additional information and may accept or decline any request.

Site content is not medical, clinical, regulatory or legal advice. Qualified organizations are responsible for independently determining suitability for their lawful non-clinical research and for meeting all applicable handling, documentation and disposal requirements.

ReconWater branding, copy and visual materials may not be copied, republished or used to imply endorsement without written permission. We may change or withdraw website content at any time.
