Research-use policy
A clear boundary.

For non-clinical laboratory research only
Not for human or animal use. Do not inject, ingest, irrigate or otherwise administer. Do not use to prepare, compound, dilute or reconstitute any substance intended for administration to a human or animal. Not for clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, veterinary or patient-care use.
Who may request access
Adult individual researchers and qualified organizations may request access for lawful non-clinical laboratory research. ReconWater may request intended-use or organization information and may decline any request.
Purchaser responsibilities
Purchasers are responsible for lawful receipt, storage, handling, recordkeeping, internal access controls and disposal. Product labeling and research-use restrictions must remain intact and be communicated to anyone given access.
Wholesale and resale
Resale or distribution is permitted only through an approved written wholesale or distribution arrangement. Every downstream sale remains subject to ReconWater's research-use-only restrictions and may not target clinical, veterinary, patient-care or consumer administration.
No implied protocol
Product names, technical characteristics, packaging and website information do not constitute a protocol or recommendation. Qualified organizations must independently evaluate suitability for their stated non-clinical research application.
Enforcement
ReconWater may decline or suspend access when information is incomplete, intended use is inconsistent with this policy or legal and safety requirements cannot be confirmed.

Direct research-use questions through the wholesale request form. Do not send requests for dosing, administration, treatment or patient use; ReconWater does not provide that information.
