Overview
ReconWater provides product information and forms where individuals and business buyers can request ordering access or wholesale information. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit the site or submit a request.
Information you provide
A retail request may include your name, email address, optional phone number, selected pack and research-use acknowledgment. A wholesale request may also include your company, program type, preferred format and expected volume. The current site does not collect payment-card information because online checkout is not active.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond, review requests, provide product or wholesale information, plan availability and fulfillment, maintain business records, prevent misuse and meet applicable obligations. Submitting a form does not place an order or authorize a charge.
Technical information
Our hosting and security providers may automatically process common technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, request timestamps and security logs to deliver and protect the site.
Sharing
We may disclose information to service providers supporting hosting, databases, security, email and business operations, or when required by law. We do not sell information submitted through ReconWater request forms.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably needed to handle a request, manage a resulting business relationship, protect the site and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, although no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information associated with your submission, subject to applicable requirements, by using the wholesale request form. Forms are intended for adults and business representatives, not children.
Updates
We may update this notice as the website or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
